Product Overview
The 10 LB Ruck Weight Plate is constructed for the highest-level performance while increasing your resistance when walking, jogging, or running. This durable, heavy gauge cast iron weight plate features rounded ergonomic corners, smooth edges, and a single easy-to-grab wide-grip handle. Adding this rectangle ruck plate to your backpack for rucking excursions or tactical training improves your cardio by building strength and muscle mass and strengthening your hips and posture.
