Product Overview
Sized to international Weightlifting Federation (IWF) standards, this set of bumper plates delivers 230 LB of weight in pairs of 10, 25, 35, and 45 LB plates. Built with durable steel cores wrapped in tough black gloss rubber coating, they're made to take a beating and hold their shape over time. These Olympic weight plates fit standard 2" barbells and have raised edges for easy handling when adding or removing weight or when using for free-plate exercises like weighted sit-ups, bent-over rows, squats, lunges, and presses.
