Unleash your inner Titan with the Ronin Plyometric Machine, developed to improve muscle tension, agility, and the ability to be explosive. Constructed from durable steel, the Ronin can hold a weight capacity of up to 400-pounds at its highest elevation of 60-inches. This version of the Ronin Series features an adjustable platform that raises and lowers from 12 to 60-inches in one-inch increments by pulling two spring-loaded levers in the front of the platform. This all-in-one plyometric specialty machine replaces the need to buy multiple soft or wooden Plyo Boxes. Adapted with a weight-stack counterweight system that features aluminum pulleys with an aircraft-grade cable, a slip-free firm foam landing surface, welded-on wheels to move the specialty machine around quickly, and rubber feet to prevent skidding while jumping.
Integrating the Ronin Plyometric Machine into your workout routine as a cardio exercise will increase muscle and power, burn more calories, and achieve better balance and stability.
