Product Overview
This space-saving Lat Tower attachment adds lat pulldown and low row training to your existing setup in a compact rack-mounted design. Perform lat pulldowns, seated rows, bent-over rows and more to target your lats, upper back, shoulders, and arms without the added footprint of a standalone machine.
Designed for seamless integration with your T-3 or X-3 Series Bolt Down Power Rack, this precision-built attachment features dual weight plate sleeves and a weight plate capacity of 300 LB for progressive strength training. The tower includes heavy-duty carabiners that attach to the included lat pulldown and low row handles, a nylon pulley system for smooth, consistent pulls, and diamond-textured footplates for secure footing.
NOTE: This item is not compatible with T-3 or X-3 Series Racks purchased prior to October 2021 or X-3 Series Flat Foot Power Racks.
