Product Overview
Strengthen and tone your neck muscles from every angle. This 4-way neck machine isolates neck muscles to improve neck strength, neck control, posture, stability, and can even reduce the risk of concussions during contact sports.
Load up to 175 LB of Olympic weight plates to build powerful neck muscles with progressive, plate-loaded resistance. A padded resistance arm pivots on precision flange bearings for smooth, controlled reps. Change your sitting position and lock the padded resistance arm in place with the removable pin to train one direction at a time - forward, back, or side-to-side.
Constructed from heavy-duty 2" steel tubing with a black powder coat finish, this neck machine includes multiple grip handles for stability and a height-adjustable seat.
