Product Overview
Build mass and define muscle in your anterior, medial and posterior deltoids. This landmine attachment provides neutral grips to work your shoulders and triceps with less stress on your shoulders during overhead presses, lat pull-downs, squats, deadlifts and more — and features a multi-grip handle with three grip positions to target a wide variety of muscles. Compatible with 2" Olympic barbells, this attachment will shake up any boring barbell routine and features a comfortable 28mm skinny grip for smaller hands and youth athletes. Plus, an easy slide-over design makes for quick and easy installation and prevents wear and tear on your barbell, while the threaded stop pin keeps your barbell in place as you train.
