Product Overview
Built for intense workouts, the Elite Series Rackable EZ Curl Bar handles up to 400 LB for building serious strength with bicep curls, skull crushers, and isolation exercises. Ergonomic angled grips reduce wrist and elbow strain and allow for wide or narrow hand placement for targeted muscle activation. Crafted with volcanic knurl marks and center knurling, it has a comfortable, no-slip 28mm grip for easier curls - and 8.75" of loadable length on each sleeve. Equipped with bronze bushings, this bar delivers consistent, controlled sleeve rotations for easier lifts and less wear on your plates and bar. Built with 110,000 PSI tensile strength steel and a corrosion-resistant chrome finish, this bar easily handles demanding workouts without bending or warping.
