This fully adjustable preacher curl station locks your arms in place and isolates your biceps for more effective curls during dumbbell, barbell, or EZ Curl bar work for results-driven training. Dial in your setup with the adjustable arm rest, bench seat (19"-22"), and bar catches (20"-28") to match your height and arm length. 2" thick, high-density padding and a durable HeftyGrip exterior keeps you supported and stable through every rep.
With a weight capacity of 250 LB and built with heavy-duty 2" x 2" steel tubing, this curl station is made for high-intensity training - and has rubber end caps to protect your flooring. Weighing in at 35 LB, it has a footprint of 22" W x 36" D and a height of 37.5" to fit workout spaces and home gyms of all sizes.
