Safely perform squats, bench presses, shoulder shrugs and more - The Titan Smith machine allows athletes of all levels to lift heavier loads while maintaining correct form to minimize the risk of injury. Two adjustable safety catches act as spotters so you can push your limits without sacrificing safety while two J-hook plates with 8 drop positions provide the perfect setup for each movement. With a weight capacity of 600 LB, this machine comes with a fixed Olympic barbell with 12.5" of loadable weight - plus 8" posts for weight storage. This model includes a pull-up bar for a variety of exercises and 4.25" band pegs to add resistance for more of a challenge.
