Safely perform squats, bench presses, shoulder shrugs and more — This Smith machine has a weight capacity of 600 LB and a linear bearing design that enables athletes of all levels to lift heavier loads while maintaining proper form, minimizing the risk of injury. Two adjustable safety catches act as reliable spotters, allowing you to push your limits without compromising safety. Additionally, two J-hook plates with 8 drop positions ensure an optimal setup for each movement.
Included is a fixed barbell featuring knurling and 12.5" of loadable Olympic-sized ribbed weight sleeves. The machine also provides eight 8" Olympic weight storage posts for a well-organized home gym. An internal counterweight adds versatility, allowing exercises with resistance less than the weight of the barbell.
This comprehensive machine incorporates a multi-grip pull-up bar for added variety and four 4.25" resistance band pegs. Attach any style band to reduce joint stress and perform exercises like speed squats or speed bench presses, enhancing explosive strength and speed.
