Product Overview
The Adjustable Plyometric Box gives you a simple way to add explosive movements to your training. Use it for box jumps, step-ups, plyometric push-ups, and other bodyweight exercises to work your upper body, lower body, and core while building strength, speed, agility, and conditioning.
Made from heavy-duty steel with a 900 LB weight capacity, the box adjusts to four heights—12", 14", 16", and 18"—to fit different exercises and training levels. Two adjustable knobs and locking pins keep the box securely in place at your selected height. The 24" x 24" rubber jumping surface provides a slip-resistant platform, while rubber feet help keep the box stable during high-intensity workouts.
