Add this circus dumbbell to your strongman arsenal ASAP. This plate-loadable dumbbell is ideal for anyone looking to develop brute strength and stability and is available with 10" or 12" bell ends with a 2", 2.5", or 3" handle diameter for building serious grip strength. Designed with over-sized bell ends and an extra-long 30.125" length, it engages stabilizer muscles for a challenging workout that mimics real-world functional movements found in strongman competitions. This dumbbell has 10.75" of loadable sleeve length and fits Olympic weight plates 10" in diameter and under with weight retainers to securely hold plates in place.
NOTE: We DO NOT recommend dropping these circus dumbbells from overhead as it might cause the bell to warp and become misshapen!
