Take your landmine training further with the 19" or 26" Hammer Sleeve Attachment. Built for versatile, unilateral movements, it challenges your core while expanding your exercise options. The extended length adds difficulty and creates more clearance for single-leg RDLs without crowding the weight. A 33mm grip replaces the bulky 2" barbell sleeve, giving you better control and a more natural wrist alignment on every rep.
