The Adjustable Blaster Bar Arm Isolator by Titan Fitness® is an excellent addition to your home gym, exercise machines, dumbbell set, and curl bars. Each Blaster Bar is made of solid steel with a soft neoprene neck pad and elbow cushion pads. In addition, the neck pad is attached to an adjustable strap. The Blaster Bar helps keep correct posture while you do your curls. This bar can be used in conjunction with both bicep and tricep exercises. As you exercise, the Blaster Bar imitates the preacher curl movement.
