This belt squat machine transfers the weight load from your neck, back, and shoulders to your hips with the included adjustable nylon belt, perfect for anyone unable to perform standard barbell squats because of spinal compression or an upper body injury. Three weight stopper positions let you control how deep you go, so you can train to failure without worrying about further injury. Featuring two weight sleeves with 16.5" of loadable length each, there’s ample space to increase your weight load. With a robust solid steel build, this unit is tough enough to handle any workout you throw at it and includes a diamond-plated footplate for non-slip traction and a durable handlebar for maximum stability. Plus, this squat machine doubles as weight plate storage with four weight posts on the rear of the unit.
