The Cambered Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. That is why this cambered bar is so effective for beginners as well as enthusiasts. The bend of the weight sleeves helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. When used for bench press, your hands are positioned on the upper part of the barbell through the movement while the weight plates sit four inches lower than a traditional barbell.
