Product Overview
With a 3" drop, this specialty barbell lets you drive the bar below your chest for a fuller range of motion and bigger chest, triceps, and shoulder activation. By adjusting hand placement and the angle of descent, this cambered design creates a more ergonomic press to reduce strain on your wrists and shoulders.
