Product Overview
Add the Economy H-PND to your home gym setup to incorporate reverse hyperextensions into your routine. This machine is great for strength training in general, increasing flexibility in your hips, rehab movements, and can even reduce lower back pain through decompression. Designed to target your posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, and lower back), it’s built with durable 2" x 2" steel tubing for stability. Rated for 550 LB, this machine fits Olympic weight plates and comes with two spring collars included. Use the cross brace to increase difficulty when you want a challenge. Made for comfort, the Economy H-PND has non-slip steps, an ergonomic pad, and handle grips that adjust to eight positions to customize your setup to your build.
