Product Overview
Add resistance to your workouts with this adjustable weighted vest, designed to help increase strength, endurance, speed, agility, and calorie burn. The added resistance can also help increase training intensity and challenge your muscles as you progress.
Evenly distributed Velcro pockets on the front and back make it easy to add or remove the included 2.5 LB ingot weights. Use the vest for walking, running, strength training, bodyweight exercises, and everyday activities to add resistance to both upper- and lower-body movements.
The lightweight vest is made with wear-resistant 1050 Nylon Cordura fabric and a foam- and rubber-filled interior. Extra padding around the shoulders and chest helps reduce pressure, while the ergonomic U-shaped neckline and spacious shoulder cutouts provide greater mobility during movement.
Built-in D-rings provide anchor points for parachutes and running sleds, giving you additional ways to incorporate resistance into speed, agility, and conditioning workouts.
*We recommend choosing a weighted vest that is 4–10% of your body weight and increasing the load gradually as your strength and conditioning improve.
