Get a full calisthenics workout with this versatile dip station. These parallel bars are perfect for working your arms, chest, legs, back and core using your own body weight as resistance and are rated for 300 LB.
Unlike combined bars, these freestanding dip bars keep you safe and stable without sacrificing the instability that provides the necessary bio-feedback to make your workout effective. Each bar can be adjusted up to 35" for a full range of motion and can be set parallel or staggered for even more exercise variety.
