Product Overview
The EZ Load Hex Bar is designed to reduce stress on the spine during deadlifts, farmer's walks, bent-over rows, shrugs, squats, and more. Its hex-shaped design lets you stand inside the bar with the weight centered around you, reducing strain on your lower back as you lift.
This trap bar features an EZ Load design with elevated weight sleeves that sit 10" off the ground, making it easier to load and unload plates without having to lift them off the floor.
Constructed from heavy-duty steel, this bar supports up to 500 LB and features three revolving grip options measuring 1", 1.5", and 2" in diameter, letting you vary your grip for versatile training. The neutral center-aligned grips feature medium diamond knurling for a secure hold during lifts.
NOTE: This bar should not be dropped and should be placed on the ground after use.
