The Farmers Walk Handles are constructed for strongman and endurance training while focusing on grip strength. Ideal for home gyms or garage gyms, these 60-inch-long poles feature 12-in. of loadable sleeve length that fits Olympic-sized weight plates and 5.5-in. grip handles.
