Product Overview
The Ladder Barrel combines ladder rungs with a barrel structure for stretching, strengthening, and flexibility exercises. Most used to perform Pilates stretches. The adjustable barrel connects to the ladder by a sliding on the base that adjusts for different athlete sizes. The barrel curve helps to target your core, back, and abdominal muscles. Or reach deep into stretches with the lowest bar's help to improve shoulder, leg, and spine flexibility.
