With an empty weight of 15 LB, this mace weight is loadable up to 40 LB with a fill hole 1" in diameter. Load it with steel, lead shot, or sand to increase resistance. Because it’s adjustable, this macebell is accessible to any athlete and can be made heavier to keep up with your gains. A sturdy 2" in diameter handle creates an asymmetrical weight load. This means you can adjust the difficulty level of your workout by adjusting your grip. Move your hands closer to the head for an easier workout, then move them farther for more of a challenge. Constructed with a fully welded steel handle and head, this one-piece design eliminates any chance of the head separating from the handle and is made to last, swing after swing.
