Rated for up to 500 LB, the Olympic Hex Weight Bar, or trap bar, combines a standard lower handle with a raised grip for multi-purpose use. Built for deadlifts, shrugs, and pulls, this specialty bar is constructed from precision-grade steel, sits 6” off the ground, and has two sets of 25mm medium knurled neutral handles for a firm, steady grip that reduces wrist and shoulder strain. Flip the bar to switch between handle sets and adjust your handle height. Because this OL Hex Trap Bar keeps the center of mass inside the hex and aligned with your body, lifts like deadlifts, shrugs, and farmer carries are easier on your lower back.
