The Performance Series Adjustable Bench, engineered for flat, incline, or upright positions, provides a sturdy base that supports up to 650 LB at an incline setting. Use it for bench presses, pullovers, kickbacks, and extensions in the flat position; execute incline presses, rows, and flies with seven adjustable incline stops; or focus on seated strength exercises like dumbbell curls, shoulder presses, military presses, and more in the upright position.
