Product Overview
This plate-loaded seated dip machine has a seated design to stabilize your body and shoulders and better isolate your triceps. This results in bigger gains in less time compared to traditional full-body dips. The adjustable seat and backrest make it easy to customize your position for comfort and proper form. Add up to 200 LB of Olympic weight plates to the dual 11" weight sleeves to increase resistance and achieve progressive muscle growth. This seated tricep dip machine is built with durable steel and features comfortable hand grips to guide your movements and ensure proper form for more efficient workouts and less shoulder strain. Plus, this model doubles as a bicep curl station with an eyelet for attaching a curl bar and comes with a chain, carabiners, and curl bar included.
