Product Overview
The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine is an easy-to-use stabilizer machine keyed to improve balance and range of motion. The machine features a plate-loaded system, an adjustable padded seat with a backrest, dual foot positions, and a smooth gear system. This inner and outer thigh machine targets your adductor and abductor muscles from one seated position! Easily set your desired weight, sit back on the high-density seat/back cushions, and turn the knee pads so that they rest against the outside of your knees and press outward against them, working against the resistance of the abductor's muscles. Adjust the machine as necessary, position your legs outside of the pads, and press into the cushions to work the adductor muscles.
UPDATED VERSION: The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine now comes with the bottom half pre-assembled and welded together.
