Product Overview
Built for smooth, controlled motion, this Hack Squat Machine uses commercial-grade linear bearings and steel guide rods set at a 35-degree angle to deliver a guided squat path that maximizes quad activation while reducing spinal stress.
This machine holds up to 700 LB and works with your regular 2" Olympic plates, so you can keep leveling up with the plates you already own. Flip-up racking handles let you lock and unlock the carriage without exiting the machine or breaking your flow. Dial in your start and stop points to match your natural range of motion to protect your knees, hips, and back.
This durable steel frame bolts together for easy setup, with an adjustable backrest and thick, high-density padding for comfortable spinal support. This machine also has a large non-slip footplate for secure footing, multiple stance options, and support for standing calf raises.
