Product Overview
Perform T-bar row movements without a landmine attachment or barbell. This machine works your back and rear shoulders — and improves pulling strength, core strength, stability, and posture. With both vertical and horizontal easy-grip and adjustable handles, this t-bar machine targets specific muscle groups to increase both size and strength. Use the vertical grip to increase the thickness of your back and the horizontal grip to build a wider back.
Featuring a 12.7" weight sleeve and a capacity of 440 LB, this specialty machine fits Olympic sized weight plates. And two spacious footplates ensure proper foot placement and provide a diamond textured non-slip surface to keep you stable while you lift. Constructed with sturdy, solid steel and powder-coated to prevent wear and tear, this t-bar row machine can be bolted to the floor for added stability.
