Product Overview
Build your back, arms, and shoulders with a full range of motion on the Seated Row Machine. The seated design provides added body support and stability, helping you stay focused on each rep while engaging your core and improving posture.
The plate-loaded system features two Olympic weight sleeves and a 270 LB weight capacity for progressive resistance as you build strength. Choose between vertical and horizontal grips, along with six arm width positions, to vary your hand placement and target different muscle groups.
Dial in your setup with a padded seat featuring six height settings and a chest pad with five adjustable angles. Extra-thick padded foot braces provide comfortable support, while powder-coated steel construction, non-slip rubber feet, and bolt-down holes provide a secure training platform.
