Product Overview
The Power Drag Sled is built for speed work, conditioning, and heavy drag training across turf, grass, concrete, track, and nearly any training surface. Forward drags target the posterior chain to build explosiveness and acceleration, while backward drags develop quadriceps strength and endurance for harder, more powerful training sessions.
Load Olympic-sized plates onto the 16.5" weight sleeve, clip in the included 14.5 FT leash with carabiner, and take on sprint work, conditioning circuits, and strength-focused drags wherever you train. Built from heavy-duty steel and made for hard work, this sled is designed to handle intense workouts at home, on the field, or on the track.
