Product Overview
The Pro Sled Core Unit supports strength, power, speed, and agility training with push, pull, and drag exercises on turf, concrete, asphalt and other surfaces. UHMW plastic ski liners protect the underside, while the sled holds up to 750 LB of Olympic weight plates for added resistance. Two included poles fit into any of the four built-in sockets, while a rubber divider disc makes weight plates easier to remove. Laser-cut holes accommodate carabiners, and 2" side hole spacing allows you to attach compatible accessories, including the High/Low Bar, Lawn Boy, and Wrap-Around Rail to expand your training options. (Accessories sold separately.)
