This rack-mounted pulley system is perfect for interval and resistance training and connects to vertical and horizontal uprights for variable mounting heights and different pulling angles. Crafted with high quality, reinforced parts, you can rest easy knowing this rope is secure. Work your arms, back and chest with this versatile infinity rope. Or incorporate a bosu ball into your rope workout to engage your core even more, combine squats with your pulls for a lower body workout, and pull the rope from different angles to engage different muscles and achieve a deeper stretch. This pulley system comes with a durable steel drum and a 14 FT closed-loop nylon rope for smooth pulls, intense workout after intense workout.
NOTE: This model includes spacer block to move rope pulley away from rack to minimize rope abrasion issues, and upgraded tight woven nylon rope loop.
Unscrew the two large molded knobs to remove top plates to loop your rope through the 6 friction posts for easy pulls to tortuous high friction pulls.
Includes hardware to mount to Titan T-3, X-3, and TITAN Series Racks. Not recommended for T-2 Series Racks.
