Product Overview
The Rocking Handstand Trainer is a training aid for all gymnasts developing ring handstand, straddle “L” press, and planches skills. This unique, ergonomic design provides a smooth grip with angled handles that guarantees your hands are in the correct position to keep yourself level and your core tight. The trainer features adjustable rubber stoppers that allow you to increase the amount the rocker rotates. The further the grips are, the more complex the training will be.
