With a 2:1 ratio, it's ideal for functional training and offers 18 height settings to target various muscle groups from different angles for a truly comprehensive workout. This plate-loaded machine boasts a weight plate capacity of 350 LB for heavy lifts and has standard 1" weight posts with spring clips to accommodate standard weight plates – and comes with a pair of Olympic-sized adapter sleeves to accommodate Olympic plates. Wall-mounted and reinforced for maximum stability, this durable functional trainer is constructed with heavy duty steel and is compatible with the T-3, X-3, and TITAN Series Power Racks.
