The Multi-Functional Training Tube by Titan Fitness is made for loaded movement training. This extremely effective training tool is incredibly durable and functional. Used as an integration of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, balance balls, and fitness balls it can be used to do over 9,000 exercises for stability, balance, muscle, and power training. The tube is made of thermoplastic rubber, permitting the user to lift, drag, throw, or stepped on while increasing one's full-body, core strength training, and overall balance. This multi-functional training tube has an overall length of 42-in and a diameter of 6-in. It is available in color-coordinated weights ranging from 4kg to 12kg.
