Easily convert your 1-in. standard plate posts to 2-in. Olympic Posts with Titan's 12.5-in. Nylon Converter Sleeve. Simply slide it over and standard weight post, tighten down the hex lock bolt to secure the converter, and start lifting using your Olympic weights!
