The Performance Series Power Bar is made for slower powerlifting movements in squat, bench, and deadlift moves. This 20 KG bar, crafted with a 29mm shaft, supports a weight capacity of up to 1,500 LB, making serious gains. Crafted from steel alloy and finished with a chrome coating, the bar maintains a 165,000 PSI tensile strength shaft that features single knurl marks, medium mountain-style textured knurling, center knurl, and bronze bushings.
