The Preacher Curl Bench is a fantastic exercise platform to improve your curling form and target your biceps. Built out as a fully functional specialty bench that supports great mass-building movements for building up your biceps utilizing dumbbells, barbells, and EZ curl bars. The curl station is built from sturdy steel and includes two plastic-lined J-hooks that hold a max load of up to 250 LB. The bench and armrest feature high-density contour foam padding with a durable HeftyGrip Vinyl upholstery, a smooth transition adjustable bench, and rubber feet to protect floors and provide a stable base.
