In addition to improving your standard exercises like deadlifts, this post is suited to improve your range of motion, targeting new muscle groups with landmine presses, twists and more. This product is designed for use with Olympic sized barbells; therefore, the insert will have a 2” inside diameter.
The Titan Universal Landmine Rack attachment comes with hardware designed to work perfectly with your Titan T-3, X-3, X-2, and even TITAN Series Power Rack! Attaching to the TITAN Series power rack will require an adapter that comes free with every purchase. Simply insert the adapter tube into your rack’s upright and voila! Additional hardware may be required for your other applications.
