An essential addition to your strongman routine, the Rackable Strongman Log Bar by Titan Fitness® has a 12-inch diameter barrel with 14-inch loadable sleeves to ensure plenty of space for bumper plates. Our neutral hand grips are seated comfortably within the log, and the cutout is more than wide enough to accommodate arms of all sizes. The neutral grip will lower the stress on your shoulders as you press, making your intensive training free of any unwanted pain or residual soreness. This durable and useful bodybuilding tool is equipped with 14-in loadable sleeves, welded end caps, 1.65-in knurled handles, and fits Olympic plates.
RACKABLE SPECIALTY BAR: With a racked log bar, plate loading becomes easier, and athletes can begin their movements directly from the starting height rather than having to pick the log up off the ground.
NEUTRAL GRIP: The neutral grip will lower the stress on your shoulders as you press, making your intensive training free of any unwanted pain or residual soreness. The grip measures 11.3-inches long and is 1.65-inches in diameter. The neutral hand grips are 26-inches on center for a relaxed, comfortable grip.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: This heavy-duty steel can withstand up to 1,000 pounds and is fully welded from seams to end caps. The log is powder-coated black for a durable and longer-lasting finish.
DIMENSIONS: The log measures 12-inches in diameter and weighs 84-pounds. The overall width is 80.3-inches, with 14-inch loadable sleeves, giving plenty of room to rack on j-hooks after multiple reps.
