The Single Handle Landmine Press will change your typical barbell workout, focusing on your shoulders and triceps like a standard press. Compared to a palms-out grip, the fat grip handle lets you keep a neutral grasp targeting your medial deltoids, taking the pressure off your shoulders. Easily attaches to any 50mm Olympic bar with a simple slide-over design and secures with a threaded stop pin to keep the barbell in place as you train.
