The 30-pound Composite Wall Ball by Titan Fitness® is made to be thrown against the wall, which targets multiple joints and muscle groups. The soft-shell ball constructed from a durable, high-quality material featuring tight, thick double stitching that keeps the ball closed and material from escaping. This med ball is not meant for slam ball exercises. It is ideal for standard medicine ball exercise routines and a great partner workout challenge.
