The Titan Fitness Olympic Triceps Bar is designed with ergonomic handgrips and revolving sleeves for unrestricted movement. The bar is designed for maximum concentration of your triceps, without the discomfort that can sometimes come to your elbows, wrists or forearms.
This sturdy tricep bar is designed to accept conventional Olympic-sized plates up to a maximum combined weight of 200 lbs. The bar features diamond-knurled hand grips and rotating sleeves, ensuring maximum comfort and safety.
