Whether you are going for a full-body session or dialing in on lifts like squats and bench presses, this 60" Olympic barbell is a solid choice. At 25 LB and 5 feet long, it is a great training bar for men, women, and even younger lifters working up to the standard 20 KG bar.
It has a comfortable 28mm grip, 50mm Olympic sleeves, and holds up to 500 LB. Made from quality steel with a sleek chrome finish and 110,000 PSI tensile strength, it is tough without being overkill. Medium knurling gives just the right grip, and bronze bushings keep things smooth and easy on your wrists.
The shorter sleeve length keeps the bar's overall weight down, so it is easier to handle while you build strength and confidence.
Note: This bar has a 36.5" sleeve-to-sleeve length and may not fit standard power racks. Measure your rack before buying.
