This Technique Training Barbell is ideal for young or old beginning lifters, male or female, allowing them to load Olympic-sized weight plates and train as you would on a full-weight barbell. Suitable for Olympic weightlifting, this 15 LB balanced bar supports a weight capacity of up to 65 LB. The bar is constructed from aluminum rather than heavy steel, so you can focus solely on your exercise technique, training your pass through, scotts press, deadlift positioning, and others. It features single knurl marks, no center knurling, a medium diamond textured knurling, shorter sleeves, and is coated in a chrome finish. With the reduced sleeve length, the overall weight stays low, helping the individual to practice safely while working up to training with a 20 KG barbell.
