The Cast Iron Kettlebells are designed to build muscles, enhance core strength, and improve balance. Ranging from 5 LB to 100 LB, these solid, single-piece casts are made of steel and retain the same machined body allowing you to train the same movement while also increasing or decreasing weight to cater to your routine. They are constructed with a durable, smooth wide-loop handle, a round profile with print and laser-engrave weight indications in LB, and a flat base that allows for push-ups and no wobbling. The Kettlebell works as weight resistance and counterbalances for various upper and lower-body exercises. You can do pull-throughs, figure-eight swings, Romanian deadlifts, Russian twists, and jerks. You can also target your obliques by renegade rows and windmills or add these weights to your lunge sequence for increased resistance. The possibilities are endless!
