The Neutral Grip Rotating D-Handle features a 32mm diameter knurled handle with a grip length of 5-inches. Once the desired weight plates are loaded onto the T-Bell shaft, insert the D-Handle into the hex-shaped loading pin and lock it in place with the provided safety pin. Enhance your strength, endurance, and performance by performing elevated exercises like Straddle Lifts, Sumo Squats, Romanian Deadlifts, and Bent-Over-Rows.
