The Floor Glute and Hamstring Developer enables athletes to perform back, and hip extensions, GHD sit-ups, and glute-ham raises on the same piece of equipment. This lower body machine accommodates people of all body types, with four adjustable settings for the ankle and ten for the legs. All you need to do is adjust the red anodized knobs to your proper size. The machine is made from heavy-duty steel with a broad base, so it will not topple over.
